Peninsula //Case Study

 

The Peninsula is an ultra exclusive chain of luxury hotels frequented by heads of state, members of congress and foreign dignitaries. JDTECK was approached by the telecom team at The Peninsula Chicago to improve their in-building coverage.

The building had a repeater system that was installed by a competitor company a few years before, but coverage was never satisfactory. Guests would have to walk out into the hallway to make and receive phone calls. JDTECK was asked to retrofit the building with new repeaters which now provides satisfactory coverage throughout the desired areas of coverage.

The success of improved coverage for this location opened up business opportunities for JDTECK with several other hotels in the area.
