Dear sirs:
I live in a fairly remote area of Colorado, surrounded by mtns. on 3 sides. After moving here I tried 3 different companies ,for cell sevice, and none of them had more than 1 bar of signal. I saw a post on another site that recommended your booster. After using the portable one for a year and half I decided to try the JD55 whole house booster. My home is about 3200 sq. ft., all on one level, L shaped, with my office in the corner of the L. With your new booster I now get 4 bars pretty much everywhere in the house.
Also, I was able to get rid of Hughes.net for my laptop service and now get AT&T 4G service. Wow---thanks to you I have finally joined the 21st century. In the 6 weeks I've been using it I have had no dropped calls and my new internet service has been wonderful.

I appreciate the phone reception relief you have provided for almost ten years.
I ordered my first booster during December of 2002 then ordered the replaced the unit when phone technology changed during 2005. The units worked great and our phone signal went from one bar occasionally to 5 - the maximum - immediately. Over the years since 2005, we replaced our phones several times and the JDTeck unit was almost forgotten.
Two weeks ago, my wife decided to have the inside of our home painted so we removed the unit. We left the antenna on the roof and didn't remove the cable to the antenna or the phone antennas inside the our home. After putting everything in the garbage can thinking it had been useless for years, I had second thoughts, retrieved the equipment and put it in the garage.
My wife and I bought IPhones months ago and I was convinced that the equipment no longer accomplished anything. We moved into a hotel while the house was being painted and returned this week. Immediately my wife began complaining about dropped calls and low signal. We fetched the equipment from the garage, reinstalled the system and the problem was solved. Our phone signals went from one or zero back to the maximum of five.
If the equipment provides no advantage with IPhones, please don't tell me because our phones surely think it does. We are so thankful that we carefully removed the equipment and placed it in the garbage can like an old friend. If it had left with the garbage man, I would be back on the phone with you ordering a replacement.

JD Teck puts the words absolutely outstanding back in customer service. My husband and I have not worked with a company with so much integrity in many, many years. We purchased the Rural Kit in an effort to have cell service in a mountaineous area in Ventura, Ca. There are no land lines available, VOIP doesn't work, "ON STAR" is spotty. JDTeck is a great bunch! I purchased the Indoor Repeater/Amp for a friend of mine that has a cabin in the mountains of West Virginia surrounded by woods. He could get a signal of one bar in certain locations around the cabin so thought we would give JDTeck a try. We installed a 30 ft. tower with a Omni Directional antenna, installed the repeater and pre-amp inside his cabin, turned it on and his was all smiles. Works great! I had a couple questions and the customer service (Steve) was above and beyond what you get at alot of places today. Easy install and quality equipment.

Kamisaki, jilata? (that's Aymara for, "How are you, my brother?") When I was assigned as a missionary in a remote corner of Bolivia, I didn't
realize how isolated life could be! After reading about cellular signal boosters on Endgadget, I decided on JDTeck.
Getting the unit through customs here was a struggle, but the JDTeck staff stayed with
me all the way. It was a cinch to install and now, thanks to JDTeck's JD55-PR signal booster, I'm able to use the local GSM/GPRS cellular
connection for email, Facebook, Twitter and email postings to my Wordpress blog.
The signal was weak and intermittent, and with your help, we were able to amplify and stabilize the signal. Look at the screenshot of a constant, uninterrupted signal. I wish to express my full satisfaction for the GSM Repeater JD55-PR-93G (MHz 900 / 2100 H) received three weeks ago.
Indeed it is incredibly effective. The change in signal strength is dramatic!
As the attached pictures show, I have installed
the outside aerial at the top of a mast where there used to be a TV aerial, and the repeater is located on a mezzanine above my living room.

This is the very first AWS indoor repeater. It works fine with T-Mobile 3G, that I can get 3G signal in the basement I never had before. The manual gain control is a good plus to get optimized performance without causing interference.

I purchased a couple of wireless broadband USB modems for my home PCs which were at my home in a rural mountainous area of NH. I needed to get a better signal than the 1-2 bars I was seeing, as it would not always connect at broadband speed (EVDO) I looked around and noted that a customer on a competitor's website stated to try looking after wireless booster offerings on the JDTeck website since he did not have any luck with equipment from that site. I called up the staff at JDTeck and found them to be wonderfully helpful and user friendly. They had me speak with one of their technical consultants who asked me several questions to try and figure out what product would be best for my needs. He was very easy to talk to and a pleasure on the phone. I originally decided to get a House/Office Booster kit – Rural, after the consultation, and this worked out great. I received all the components in a timely fashion and was able to get 3 - 4 bars consistently on my wireless modems with this setup.
After a month using this setup I realized I needed something a little more robust and not tied to connecting the cables directly to the USB wireless modems so I again called up the staff at JDTeck and explained what I needed. They promptly gave me a solution of adding in a repeater using the JD55-PR model and they sent out the correct cables and adapters right away. I was very pleased with the fact that the antenna I had purchased with the previous order was swapped out "at no extra charge" for a better quality outdoor antenna for the repeater setup. This one business gratis will keep me coming back over and over as a customer in the future. This is an extremely competent staff and I enjoyed working with them in all aspects. They even made themselves available to me via cell phone on a weekend when I was going through my initial setup and I reported a signal issue which I was able to resolve under their guidance.

After discussions with your sales department, I did go ahead and purchase the Repeater, Model JD65-XT. I must tell you that I cannot be happier! I received shipment 2/1/08 so it was a very fast delivery. We installed it the same day in just a few hours. Just to recap a bit of our conversation, I could not get any service inside or outside my house at ground level. It was not a question of 1, or 2 bars my phone read “No Service”. The only way to use my cell phone was to climb up on the roof and hang on for dear life. The minute I plugged the cable from the antenna combined with power source into the repeater my signal shot up to 3 bars. When we made a small adjustment to the direction of the antenna they shot up to 5 bars, or full. We moved the repeater to the permanent position in the house and I am happy to say we get from 2 to 5 bars throughout the house. This includes the basement so I now can use my cell phone anywhere in the house. I can even go outside and use it in part of the driveway. I waited a few days to send you this just to insure the product was working consistently and there are no problems. Your Repeater is so good that we received Base Stations that were about 20km distant!!!
Now we have re-adjusted the Antenna on the other side of the house in the direction to a base station (which is distant next, about 2-3 km of our house) that was not even indicated on the network monitor of our phones because it is behind a big hill. But: It now works!

I finally hard installed my repeater kit this morning. After plugging everything in, I made several test calls. They were ALL great.
I can even make/receive calls now in my bathroom, which is 4 walls away from the repeater. (Or about 90 feet)
Prior to having the repeater kit, calls can only be made inside my house by placing the 6310i next to the windows. Now the signal is a full 7 bars in the same room as the repeater. At the weakest spot, which is the above-mentioned bathroom, the signal is 3 bars. Pretty impressive, considering it has to go through so many walls... My house is roughly 4200-sq-ft and now I can make calls almost everywhere, except the basement. (but that can be easily solved by another repeater kit)
To make a long story short, I'm extremely pleased with JDTECK's product and service. They get two thumbs up from me. (I'm a rather picky person and to get two thumbs up from me is rather rare....

After trying a bunch of silly passive antennas for my Nokia 8392 (no antenna jack, so they are "passive" snap-on to the back of the phone) including a full "car kit" from Nokia, NOTHING WORKED!
I can get a full signal outside my office, and then, stepping 5 feet inside my office, I get 5 percent of signal inside, or zero. (It varies).
I just bought and installed your JD65-XT Cellular Repeater, and now I get full signal strength inside my office!
I thought for sure your product would not be as great and so I only ordered it because I was so desperate to try anything.

I just installed the new length of cable you sent me so I can now place the outdoor antenna ON my roof instead of IN the attic and WOW, what a huge difference. I now have virtually full signal strength anywhere in the house where I once had "no service" all over the house. Great repeater, I'm glad I spent the money cause its worth it.

Prior to the repeater I had poor reception in my entire house. I would get, at best, 1 or 2 bars on my P280 and would get dropped if I moved around while making a call. Not having the ability to get into a field test mode with either my P280 or the 3390 Gold I really can't get into more specific reception values, which I agree is unfortunate. With the repeater now in service I can say that I have 3 to 4 bars ( in the covered area) and have no problems using my cell service ( T-Mobile ).
I am now able to use my cell service with out having to step outside and holler "can you hear me now?" That makes it worth every penny to me. I hate having the technology and not being able to use it.
I got my new repeater from JDTeck today. I plugged it in, pointed the antenna at the local Cingular tower (which seems to be a pico-station itself!) and I now get 5 bars signal on my t68i instead of the no coverage "AT&T SOS Calls only" message I normally get. I'm impressed at how very well it works.
I've been absolutely happy with JDTeck all the way so far, they respond very quickly to my whining on email, Dennison, who I normally speak to via the sales alias is a great guy, verrrrrrrry helpful.
I just wanted to alert all the folks who have Cingular reception problems that there is a great company out there that can help. They have looked after me, and I'm sure will look after you. I have every faith these guy will do what they say they can do.
I received the JD65-XT repeater and have installed it. It's working well. I'm seeing a 20-25db improvement on my phone, which makes a big difference!

You know how websites always publish testimonials that are always positive and use them to help sell the product? Well, after buying the booster (Home/Office kit) from you, I now see why you have all positive. I am an Enterprise Data Center manager for a large telecommunications company. It is imperative that I have the ability to receive facility alarms via text service and then the ability to call in for a status. I manage 8 different facilities throughout the United Sates so you get a feeling for the value of cell signal strength. We own a small get-a-way cabin that we retreat to in a remote area. Rarely do I get any signal and just take it for granted that a 12 mile drive is in order to get two bars on my phone. Like the rest of your testimonials described, about 15 seconds after connecting the antenna and the power, the unit gave me three bars. This product is amazing. With my kit came an extra antenna so I leave one at the cabin and the other in my vehicle. Even though I go to the cabin for a get-a-way, it is comforting to know that I can be reached for an emergency at work or family.
To any who share my skepticism, this booster works, and it works very, very well. Our nearest tower in this area is 45 miles out with a repeater at about 15 miles. Trees and other land obstacles block our signal. This booster will bring in a very weak signal and keep it.

I just received my Booster Kit from you and I'm excited to see it for myself if this kit will work for me. By reading from all of responses from your past customers, I was a bit skeptical.
The area where I live has moderate signal reception on my cell phone. There are times when I can talk for an hour without any drop calls. Then there are times when I cannot even dial out. The signal strength fluctuates considerably - from no bar to three bars.
I don't think this is the problem with my provider. It's because the area where I live is prone to the line of site to the cell tower. In addition, weather also have some impact on the signal strength. My cell phone is a good cell phone and I don't think it has any problem receiving the signal.
My cell phone just needs some boost to receive the signal. As I was searching through the web, I found JDTECK and it's products. The web site is simple, plain almost, but they have detail descriptions of their products and how to implement them. I send them an email about my issue and they respond back with a solution. There's no sale pressure or gimmicks. The sale staff is prompt and really knows their customer needs.
As soon as I plug in my cell phone to the Booster Kit, the signal strength improved dramatically! My cell phone showed a full signal strength and No, I mean none, zilch, nada.. dropped calls! I just received my new dual band 3 watt booster. I have to tell you that I was very impressed with the ease of use with the hook up of the cables to my phone. The schematic of how the wires are to be used was helpful as well. Upon hooking everything up as described and turning the unit on, I was AMAZED at what I saw immediately. 5 Bars on my GSM network phone from my home. I then took the unit to every room in my house and it was the same thing. I work from my home and have been stuck with my fax line as my main means to communicate. Now with your product I am able to run free with perfect rececption. Of course, I have a bluetooth phone and I can just leave my phone by the booster and I walk around doing business. AMAZING and UNBELIEVABLE! That's the best way to describe your 3 watt power booster. My cabin is not only up in the mountains, it is in a canyon tucked up against a hillside. My phone was going from "No Signal" to a weak (no bars) signal that couldn't connect and within seconds of plugging the power booster cable into my phone I got FULL BARS! I called my wife at home (in another town 80 miles away) and she couldn't believe I was calling her from the cabin with a clear land-line quality connection. As soon as I hung up she called me back to see if I could get her call -- and I did -- as clear as could be.
I told a few other cabin owners in my area and the word has spread... they all want your power booster now. I told the people at the Verizon store and they said they have a lot of cabin owners who had the same problem I had and will want to get your power booster. Last week I started working in remote areas where my V60 would give me zero to one bar of analog coverage. When I plugged in the booster it would bump one bar of analog coverage, up to full bars in digital coverage. When it was at zero bars (No Service) the booster would bump it up to full bars in analog mode. I could hear everything crystal clear and the people I spoke with said that it sounded just as clear or clearer then my landline at home.
This product exceeded my expectations by far (I was quite skeptical at first). Now I am recommending it to all the people that work in my industry. Thanks for an excellent product.

I received my booster today and appreciate that it came FedX. I was anxious to try it out. I work on the road in Idaho, Utah and Wyoming in lots of mountains and valleys where my cell phone has marginal or no coverage.
After I had my booster and antennae professionally installed, I left for Wyoming. Imagine my surprise when along my normal route with "no service", I had 4 bars of coverage!!! In fact there were very few spots where your booster didn't give 3 or 4 bars of coverage all day. A great product from JDTECK!
I have a camp in a remote area in the southern Adirondack Mt’ns in upstate NY. My cell phone would not work at all. I had to put up a 40ft ladder in a tree next to my camp. From the top of the ladder I managed to get two bars on the signal strength and place calls. But who wants to climb a 40ft ladder everytime you want to place a call. No way are you gonna get any calls-unless you like hanging around up on a 40ft ladder. Well I couldn't believe it when I hooked your booster system up! Got all but one bar to light up on my signal strength meter on my phone! Now I can make and receive calls from INSIDE my camp-let it rain, snow or whatever the weather. I highly recommend this product!
This is just a note to let you know that the booster is working great-almost pins the signal on my cell phone-its great! Didn't believe it would work. But using is believing and I think you have a great product!

Received the home/office package yesterday and was pleasantly surprised at how fast you deliver from your location. I'd like to add the following comments and feel free to use them in your testimonials.
After receiving the home/office package yesterday, I found the hookup extremely simple and your instructions/drawings great. Following your instructions, I turned on my cell phone receiving only one bar on the strength meter. (My phone only shows four bars at full strength.) After turning on your amplifier within a second, the strength meter showed
four full bars.
I was even more amazed when my wife called me from a good reception area downtown on her cell phone and during the drive, her phone began showing no bars, then one, back to none, etc. as her signal weakened. What's amazing is that since my cell phone with your amplifier was used on this end, my transmissions and receptions enabled her cell phone to be used, (talking with me), in areas so weak she wouldn't be able to hold on to the call if she were talking to someone without your amplifier. In our case, (with two cell phones from the same service), your products give us results that I didn't expect without having an amplifier in both her car and the home. Granted, she would need an amplifier in her car to call other numbers in those areas but it works like a dream for us to be able to talk.
Thanks for your help in verifying the phone adapter cable and for great, great products. I'll very likely order at least one additional unit for her car and possibly my own so we can leave the home/office unit ready for instant hookup. That's probably an over-kill in a way, since your units can easily be moved back and forth but with lots of dead areas around here I think the convenience would be justified.

I gave the JDTECK Booster unit to one of my IT guy's who is demonstrating how the GSM phone can be used for data transfer. He is doing demonstrations in hotels and business and he tells me that the booster is proving very useful for improving the signal strength inside in buildings where the coverage is weak. I will let you know if when have any more applications.

Wanted to let you know that I was successfully able to install your product at my home in rural Alberta Canada. Prior to using your product, I was unable to use my cell from home at all. All I would get was "Searching for Service". After installing the booster and a small magnetic antenna, I get 1 Bar of service -- not great, but the signal is absolutely clear and static free. It now allows me to work out of the home and still get calls from my clients and colleagues.
By putting my cell in "Field Test" mode, the signal strength improves from -115db to -95db, an improvement of 20db!!!

Just a short note regarding your JDTECK Cellular Phone Booster: I live and work on the Canadian Prairies, as an Agronomist, my job requires that I travel over very wide areas which often have very poor cellular phone coverage. Although I have tried a number of cell phone boosters and antennae arrangements in my truck, to date, I have found no other system that consistently has improved my cell phone reception as well the JDTECK Booster. The system was very easy to set up and the fact that it is portable means I can now get improved cell phone reception in my remote office as well as my vehicle.

Wanted to share this with you - this past weekend I drove up to Cooperstown NY where our 30 day Expedition trip was starting, I had all 12 students hovering around the laptops and I was explaining to them the use of the boosters and when the PC cards are first started. With the booster not connected the card showed barely 1 bar, when I went behind the laptop to make the connection to the cables and booster I heard a collective "oooooooooooo" as the bar strength went to a full 4!!!
So far in all the bad signal areas we originally tested, we are now able to get out just fine with the booster. If you review the journal entries for Day 1 you will see an article I submitted "Tick Tock Tech" where I explained what we were doing and made sure to mention JDTECK.

I am the guy from Montana that called you several times this summer for advice on getting my internet to work using the yagi antenna I ordered with my booster. Well, once we got our deck project completed, I took your advice and placed the yagi antenna above the peak of the roof ridge, and --SUCCESS! My wife and I were both able to get our respective laptops connected. I even downloaded 180 emails that were backed up waiting for me.
I wound up using 2 pieces of 1-1/2" conduit, with a scrap of wood duct taped to the top for the antenna clamp. Bungees held the coax away from the sharp edges of the metal roof.
Dennison, this is truly amazing as we are the only ones (to my knowledge) in our area able to use our cell phones and aircard. Others use radio phones (expensive) and satellite internet (very expensive).
When I first assembled and raised the antenna, I pointed it in the direction we aim our cell phones to make calls without external antennas or boosters. No luck! However, you were so confident on the phone that we could get internet using your setup that I wouldn't give up. I was outside in a stiff (and cool) breeze holding the antenna pole, turning it a few degrees each time while my wife tried to connect from inside the house. We finally connected when I pointed the antenna in an entirely new direction (not directly toward the nearest cell tower). Apparently we are receiving a reflected signal bounced off the Rocky Mountains!
